I am beginning to plan a trip to DR. We have been there before and really enjoyed it. We have one 3 year old also. We are looking down the road to possibly purchase a home there. Where would you suggest looking? I speak Spanish. We would like to be close to a nice beach area(walking distance). We would like to be near to a city where there is good shopping and activities, (8-10 minute drive). I would also look at boating a good bit. What other things should I take into consideration? I have lived in Sosua with my two children now aged 15 and 13 for nearly 5 years. Sosua is probably the best place for shopping, beach, close to the airport. Schools etc...
